Characteristic
PPS/PTFE-hCF313, PPS/PTFE-hCF312, PPS/PTFE-hCF311 is lubricant PPS compound, which is filled with carbon fiber, PTFE and ingredients based on the PPS resin. It shows solvent resistance, abrasion resistance and good mechanic prosperity, high modulus, creep resistance, high-temperature resistance, inherent flame resistance, easy processing, low mold shrinkage, good dimensional stability.
Applications
Owing to its high performance, its an excellent selection for making high performance structures and wearing pieces with high wear resistance, high temperature resistance, high pressure resistance and high corrosion resistance; axle sleeve in high rotating condition; high modulus wear resistant parts in aero industry and weapon industry.

Processing Conditions
Suitable for injection molding. PPS is highly crystallization polymer. Therefore, in molding process, stress concentration, which brought on by rotation angle and changes of wall thickness, should be considered. Injection molding technology references are as follows:
1. Pre Drying:
Temperature: 110~140oC
Time: 3~5hr
1.1 metal inserts should be preheated.
Temperature: 130~140oC
Time: 1hr (constant temperature)
1.2 natural colored compounds should be pre-dried in the same condition in order to get the even colour after molding.
2. Injection:
Mold: 100~150oC
Cylinder: Zone 1: 270~290oC
Zone 2: 300~320oC
Zone 3: 300~320oC
Nozzle: 290~320oC
Injection pressure: 50~100MPa
Injection speed: Medium speed. In order to get a nice-quality appearance, it allows a high speed. Yet please avoid some defects like warp and scorch.
Back pressure: 0.1~1.0MPa
Screw speed: 40~100 r/min
Injection time: Depend on the sizes of articles
3. Post processing: Depend on the sizes of articles
Processing temperature: 160oC
Processing time: 2~8hr
